Sitting right at the front of the village, this temple has grown into something more than a place of worship — it's become a landmark that helps define Merahi itself. Idols of Ram, Sita, Hanuman, Radha-Krishna and Shiva all share space here, and the temple grounds host big annual fairs during Mahashivratri and Durga Puja, drawing visitors from villages across the panchayat. A Chhath Ghat on the same site is celebrated here too, with plenty of fanfare.
